VSPAC | ETHAN FEDER

Ethan Feder began his passion for dancing at Vicky Simegiatos Performing Arts Center at age 7.  He studied under the direction of Vicky, Despina and Matina Simegiatos. Ethan performed various soloist roles in VSDC ballet productions.  He has won several overall awards in dance competitions all over the nation.  With the help of the faculty he developed an artistic voice and technical foundation where he would utilize what he learnt to audition for various notable programs

Later, he trained with the Joffrey Ballet Academy at Fort Hamilton High School under Sabrina Jaafar, the French Academy of Ballet under Francois Perron with full scholarship, the Peridance Senior Youth Emsemble, and the Musical Theater College Auditions (MTCA). He has performed for the Brooklyn Nets All Star Dance Team, VSPAC Nutcracker, Joffrey Ballet Academy Nutcracker, National High School Dance Festival, Symphony Space, and Madison Square Garden. He performed as a principal role in West Side Story (Riff)  at Fort Hamilton High School. At the Narrows Community Theater, he performed another principal role (Chip) in “On The Town”, and was the dance Captain for “Peter Pan”. He has received multiple scholarship offers from colleges around the nation to study musical theater, and chose to study at NYU Tisch School of Drama.
