Please remember that all tuition payments are due on the 1st of each month.
PAYMENTS -
***NEW!!! Pay Directly Online from your Parent Portal Account - Jackrabbit Pay accepts Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. *** Cardholders authorize VSPAC to charge their credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover). When paying with Jackrabbit Pay, there is an automatic 2.89% surcharge. If tuition/payment isn’t received by the 15th of each month, VSPAC will automatically charge the credit card on file.
REGISTRATION - non-refundable, due with the first tuition payment
$35 - per student ($15 for each sibling in the same family)
LATE FEE - There will be a $10 LATE FEE if the tuition is paid after the 10th of the month.
RECITAL VIDEO FEE - $25 Non-Refundable Recital video fee is required for each family participating in our annual recital in June. Each family will receive a video and/or digital download of our recital.
FAMILY DISCOUNT - second and third child in the same family will receive 30% OFF monthly dance tuition
REFUNDS - tuition is not pro-rated and there will be no refunds, deductions or credits for absences due to any circumstances. Tuition remains the same regardless of how many active classes there are in the month.
MAKE UP CLASSES - You are welcome to make up any and all your missed classes depending on the availability. We encourage our students to express their commitment to dance training by keeping absenteeism to a minimum.
COSTUME FEES
- $50 Non-Refundable Deposit is required for each costume. Costume Balances will vary depending on the class.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If your child will not be participating in our Annual Dance Recital in June, please notify our office and/or by email by NOVEMBER 1st in order to avoid the Costume Fees! If we are not notified, your account will be charged.
MUSIC DEPARTMENT - private, one-on-one weekly classes in piano, voice, violin and guitar - tuition starts at $140 per month (registration and curriculum fees are separate from the Dance Department). Classes must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance in order to be placed on our make-up waiting list.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
- JACKRABBIT PAY: please pay directly online from your Parent Portal Account - Jackrabbit Pay accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover ;there is an automatic 2.89% surcharge. To avoid this surcharge, you can pay with Cash, Zelle, or Check made to Cash.
- CASH: Please visit our office during business hours to pay with cash and avoid any surcharges
- ZELLE: please send to 917-860-4025 associated with Vicky Simegiatos. Remember to include your child's first and last name, so that we can appropriately credit your account once we receive your payments.
